Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services, including custom color, logo, configuration and packaging based on your MOQ.
What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Standard models ship within 15-25 days after deposit. Customized configurations typically require 30-45 days depending on specification.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Other terms are negotiable.
How do you handle after-sales service and spare parts?
Each machine ships with a warranty and operation manual. Spare parts can be shipped together with the order or separately by air/express within 3-7 days.
